As Joanne Griffin says 'I think it is important that parent carers' feelings are acknowledged, voice are heard and the complex array of emotional responses are understood'.
It's for this very reason I wanted to conduct a survey to look at the the impact on wellbeing for parent carers.
Here are all the survey results, I have included all parent comments & responses with the intention that its of value to hear these voices & share them between parent carers for the purpose of supporting one another in community. And also to increase awareness & knowledge outside this community.
I will be sharing further over the coming weeks in response to these survey results.
